Grants and scholarships

Community Grants Program

The City of Rockingham operates a Community Grants Program to consider all requests for funding and scholarships.

The Community Grants Program aims to provide financial assistance to eligible applicants to deliver initiatives and/or provide opportunities which enable outcomes in the following target areas:

Community Development
Sport and Recreation
Economic Development
Environment and Heritage
Culture and the Arts
Emergency Services

Youth Encouragement Grants

Grants up to $600 available to individuals aged between 12-24 years.

Travel Subsidy Grants

Grants up to $2,000 available to individuals and teams.

General Grants

Grants up to $5,000 available to incorporated associations.

Major Grants

Grants up to $15,000 available to incorporated associations.

Major Event Sponsorship

Sponsorships of up to $30,000 per annum up to 3 years available to incorporated not-for-profit associations.

Community Infrastructure Grants

Infrastructure Planning Grants up to $20,000 and Infrastructure Capital Grants up to 50,000.
